It can occur that you want to exclude specific customers from a particular MSP. This means that every card associated with that MSP will be automatically recognized by our platform and not accepted. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to "Mobility Providers" in the portal.
- Under the "Blocked" section, you can see if an MSP is blocked.
- Click on the three dots next to the MSP you want to block or unblock.
