The Live Status dashboard presents a series of tiles, each representing an individual charger along with detailed information. These tiles are sorted based on connectivity status, with offline chargers displayed first to prioritize any potential immediate actions required.
Offline chargers
The red tile indicates a charger being offline.
Example: This charger has lost connectivity, and the heartbeat status is unknown due to its offline status. Connectors two and four are available, while connector one is actively charging.
Online chargers
The green tile indicates an online charger.
Example: The icons here indicate that the charger is online, and a heartbeat was received recently. Connectors 1 and 2 are available, whereas connectors 3 and 4 are currently unavailable and are engaged in charging sessions.
Multiple connectors
In cases where there are more than four connectors on the charger, the icons will provide a summary of each connector's status.
Example: This is an online charger with a healthy heartbeat status. Eight connectors are available, while four connectors are currently engaged in charging sessions.
