Under "Appearance," you can customize the design of our portal to better align with your company. You can modify the logo displayed in the portal, choose the colors you want to use, and set a subdomain, such as your organization's name.

If you have changed your logo, but the same one continues to appear on your screen, this might be due to your cache. You can clear your cache; the process varies per browser. For Microsoft Edge, you can press F12 and then select "Open DevTools." After that, right-click on the browser's refresh button and choose "Clear cache and hard refresh" This usually resolves the issue.
