To help you monitor your chargepoints, our platform offers the option to create "monitoring groups" under the Monitoring tab. This feature allows you to receive notifications via email or webhook when certain conditions, such as error or status codes, are met.


How to Set Up Monitoring Groups


1. Navigate to the Monitoring Tab

Go to the Monitoring tab and click on "Add".


2. Name Your Monitoring Group:

Choose a suitable name for your monitoring group.


3. Select the Organizational Unit (OU):

Select the OU you want this monitoring group to be available to.


4. Enter Notification Details:

Provide the webhook address and/or email address where you want to receive the notifications. You can choose both if needed.


5. Select Error Codes:

Choose as many of the preset error codes as you want from the menu.


6. Assign Chargepoints or Organizational Units:

Select one or multiple chargepoints or one or multiple OUs to include in this monitoring group.


By following these steps, you can efficiently monitor your chargepoints and receive timely notifications about any issues or status updates.
