Under the "Configuration" section, "General" tab, and then by clicking on "Roaming" at the top, you can add your "Country Code" and "Party ID" which together form your new Operator ID. It is important to choose carefully as changing this code later is not easy. For more information on operator IDs and proper registration, click here.
Location Prefix
In the location prefix field, you can enter a default code that will be suggested when adding a new location with chargers. This is used to streamline administration and automatically provide a unique prefix to the location ID.
Website & Hotline Phone Number
Through the OCPI and OICP protocols, your (company) website and phone number are automatically shared with your roaming partners. Please provide this information here.
